About Aurore de Lignières Partner, Co-founder of REEMIND

A graduate of ESSEC business school, Aurore has spent her entire professional career in digital. After a career in consulting, she was the editorial manager of, CondéNast and Psychologies. She has also been the project director of a digital agency, and a consultant of digital strategy for luxury and lifestyle brands.

Strengthened by her past experience and in-depth knowledge of digital professions, Aurore has moved on to the recruitment of digital managers in various fields such as e-commerce, data, user experience, and customer relationship management…

Her work centers around managerial positions in France and abroad, specifically for pure players scale-ups and start-ups, but also for SMEs and organizations undergoing digital transformation.
Her dual expertise in digital and recruitment allows her to understand the strategic challenges of many positions and relate these challenges to the specific context, business model and development needs of her clients.

About Frédérique d’Orgeval Partner & Co-founder of REEMIND

Frédérique has spent her entire professional career in the digital field in France and abroad.

She began her career in marketing for publishing companies in Hong Kong. Returning to France, she joined Lagardère as the commercial director of the company’s websites. She then joined Condé Nast to found the group's digital subsidiary. As the director of a digital strategy consulting firm, she supported large accounts and SMEs in their digital transformation. In 2015, she began her career in recruitment by becoming the associate director of a search firm that specializes in digital.

She recruits candidates to fill top level positions for pure players and companies undergoing digital transformation. She also developed international operations with positions based in France and abroad.

She relies on an extensive C-level network acquired over the course of her career in digital and international companies, her deep understanding of digital and innovation ecosystems, to precisely analyze the challenges of the clients and identify the candidates capable of transforming ambitions into growth.
