REEMIND’S MISSION: HELPING OUR CLIENTS IN DEVELOPING FEMALE LEADERSHIP

Our mission is twofold:

1. Actively support our clients in their approach to implementing change and optimizing diversity and gender equality within their teams, specifically by:

  • Promoting the feminization of their executive commitee and/or senior leadership teams.
  • Recruiting inspiring women for key positions.
  • Promoting feminization within specific teams, such as Data and IT.

=> What actions should be taken to recruit women for these key positions? How can recruitment processes be adapted? How to design gender-equal and attractive salary structures and working conditions? How can short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals be achieved while evolving the corporate culture?

2. Foster female leadership, advance gender parity in the tech industry more broadly, and inspire companies and women themselves (#womenintech).
