The position of customer experience director, a leading position in digital management, is gradually replacing the CDO within companies undergoing digital transformation, driving changes with a focus on customer experience optimization. Given the ambition required of the position, and its versatility, skilled profiles are rare and highly sought-after. The level of salary depends on if the P&L is directly managed and on the position within the organization chart (Executive Commiettee member or not).
