IT Program Director – HRIS

REEMIND, Digital & Executive search and advisory firm, is looking for a seasoned IT Program Director for a global company, leader in business facilities and services. Our client has decided to implement a new global information system, including a HRIS with all functions/modules necessary to manage the global workforce.

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the technical deployment of the HRIS, SAP SuccessFactors, with a global and transversal footprint, in line with strategic goals and partnering with business stakeholders.

This role is part of the company’s Digital & IT department, and based in Paris, France.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Embody the tech department’s commitment to deliver towards the business stakeholders (business program managers, top management and global functions’ heads’, regional business managers, etc.).
  • Be responsible for the technical delivery of the global HRIS program: program planning, coordinating all program team members throughout the organization, identifying risks, ensuring deliverables, budget and costs management, relation with suppliers, etc.
  • Guarantee the delivery with relevant tech teams (data/integration, digital, architecture, application management, infrastructure, security, etc.) in compliance with the requirements formulated in the business cases, in terms of quality, performance, costs, delivery and security.
  • Drive change management within the company, coordinate the HRIS models across regions, ensure the onboarding of regional IT departments and the consistency of regional plans with the global HRIS roadmap.
  • Be the representative or the IT department in all program governance instances.
  • Guarantee the application of the IT department’s guidelines and governance principles throughout the deployment of the HRIS program.
  • Be accountable for the program deployment progress in front of stakeholders, program sponsors, project committee and PMO by providing relevant reports and information required for decision-making.
  • Drive decision-making by animating committee meetings and influencing stakeholders.
  • Ensure the coherence and the sequence of all components of the program, identifying dependencies across workstreams.
  • Monitor the program deployment through precise KPIs on project status, risks, progresses.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An extensive experience (10+ years) in IT Program Management, on large perimeters and international scopes.
  • A solid experience on SAP SuccessFactors, or on other major HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent capacity to drive and scale projects within the company.
  • Capacity to ensure accountability and manage stakeholders throughout large scale projects.
  • Excellent skills in English and French required.
