Community Lead

RESPONSABILITIES

Within the Internal Communications Department, the Community Lead is responsible for communicating the Group’s strategy and achievements to 100,000 employees worldwide in an innovative and impactful way. He/she will draw on his/her digital expertise and in particular his/her mastering communication levers to distribute content aligned with the group’s human values and strategy.

Internal communication strategy

  • Design the internal communication strategy to inform, motivate, federate and engage employees in the life of the group and make them adhere to its values
  • Develop a content creation roadmap to communicate relevant actions implemented in different countries
  • Organize and implement communication and information delivery on an international level

Projects implementation and follow-up

  • Create and adapt content aligned with the company’s values to highlight achievements, projects, events, be on the lookout for bold communication initiatives in the countries and relay them internally
  • In close cooperation with key stakeholders, develop an adapted storytelling to communicate internally and allow teams to have a good understanding of the company’s strategies and challenges
  • Manage the distribution of information internally and ensure its maximal visibility amongst all employees
  • Run the internal social networks and information portals for employees and create useful, attractive, and up-to-date information
  • Innovate in formats and messages to deliver useful and impactful information
  • Optimize internal websites and tools to ensure a seamless user experience
  • Get all employees “addicted” to internal social media with the right information and engage them
  • Create, develop, and manage the community by selecting the best communication assets and identifying internal ambassadors in each country

Performance monitoring

  • Structure the KPIs and monitor the performance of the actions implemented and the use of internal social networks
  • Adjust and optimize projects according to the results

Interaction with international teams

  • Animate the community of ambassadors in each country
  • Work cross-functionally with the international teams

QUALIFICATION

  • High level of education
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in digital communication, ideally in retail
  • Good knowledge of social networks and digital platforms, websites…
  • Strong writing skills, ability to adapt content to convey information in a concise, effective and innovative manner
  • Business sense and a result/ROI oriented approach
  • Entrepreneurial, creative and proactive mindset
  • Good interpersonal skills to work with different countries
  • Ability to interact and mobilize employees at an international level
  • Creative and solution maker
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, French would be a plus
