The position of influencer marketing manager was first created within companies with strong brand influence like that of luxury, retail, and media, and eventually spread to other sectors. The increased value of this role has led to a significant increase in salary levels (from a historically low level), particularly for operational experts (former influencers or experts in the field) and profiles from the leading sectors. However, salaries have now stabilised, as these profiles have become more widespread on the market.
