With some sectors in a fragile state in 2023, companies have slowed down or frozen recruitment, which has eased demand, particularly for data analysis positions. However, more senior/lead profiles are still in demand, not only for their technical and operational skills in data analysis (CRM, digital journeys, etc.), but also for their business awareness, their managerial skills (building and/or leading a team, passing on and training juniors) and their ability to build or develop a data analytics division or department close to the business lines that meet the company's strategy. Salaries have risen sharply in recent years, but have now stabilised.
